Dear Resident,
In April a letter was sent to you and your neighbours regarding a housing needs & equalities survey by Ottaway Strategic Management. A copy of this letter is saved within the document library on Commonplace.
So far 69% of Fenwick Estate residents have responded to the survey.
If you or your neighbours have not yet responded to the housing & equalities needs survey, Ottaway Strategic Management will be continuing to contact residents over the next ten days.
Why is it important for Fenwick residents to complete the survey?
When carrying out the Options Appraisal, an equalities impact assessment is the way the Council analyses the potential impact of something it is proposing, to make sure it is fair and does not discriminate against different groups of people. We want to identify different impacts on different people and to ensure fairness and equality for residents. The housing needs survey helps us make sure the council can consider residents’ housing needs – for example how many bedrooms a household requires which helps us to identify families that are overcrowded or under occupying.
Kind regards

Dear Resident,
We are committed to keeping you updated about the estate renewal process. We have recently posted a communication to invite you and your neighbours to an event to Have your say on the future of your estate that will be held on Saturday 11th November, 11am - 2pm & Tuesday 28th November, 3pm - 6pm at the Fenwick Hall.
In 2017, Lambeth Council assessed demolition and rebuild as the the best option for the renewal of your estate. However, a lot has changed since then, so the council has taken the decision to look at the options again, in consultation with residents.
To help do this, we’ve appointed Newman Francis, an independent community organisation, who will be engaging with you and asking for your feedback.
